Complaint Processing Procedures

How It Works!

 

  • All users of Salam services in the individual or business sectors can submit their complaints regarding the services provided to them.
  • Complaints can be submitted by all users through one of the following methods:

 

Contact the Customer Service Center at 8005000000
Fill out the complaint request form on the company's website salam.sa/en/support/complaints
Instant messaging through the company’s website.
 
Visit one of the company's branches.
Contact the company’s account via social media platforms.

 

  • After submitting a complaint, the user will be notified that their complaint has been raised for resolution and will be provided with a reference number to follow up, along with the expected resolution time through either a text message or an email.
  • The expected time to resolve all complaints does not exceed five days.
  • If the complaint is not resolved within five days, the company will notify the user via text message or email about the reason for the delay in resolving the complaint, along with the expected resolution time.
